Engineered for the process, not the brochure
Serviced from the front
The electrical cabinet and process pump sit on horizontal sliders. Vacuum, cooling, gas and pneumatic components are all at the front for quick inspection. The loading lift is built around replacing the quartz tube and seals, so downtime stays short.
Water, electricity, pneumatics and gas connect on top of the system, which is what makes clustering practical.
HMI and GUI
A physical panel plus a graphical HMI over Ethernet. Each system takes a unique IP address on the local network, so several can be monitored and controlled from one operator station, on site or remote.
- Hardwired safety signals: emergency stop status, low cooling water
- Authorisation levels, so recipe changes can be restricted
- Recipes edited offline or in the HMI, exported between machines
- Continuous process logging with real-time graphs
Options
The system is configured per customer. Hotzone and coil are designed for the intended process.
Process services
Hotzone design, modelling and simulation, and manufacturing of custom graphite hardware, run as an iterative design loop with the customer.
Service, training and support
On-site installation and commissioning, maintenance support and training both on site and online, remote guidance, logging and preventive maintenance. Service agreements include continuing hardware and software improvements.
